Our Story
The Art of Care Academy was formed out of the deep commitment of its founders to support the noble profession of caregiving – partnering with those we serve to improve quality health outcomes and enrich the lives of those in need.
The Art of Care Academy emanates from a long tradition of mastering the art of providing care at our CiminoCare family of senior living facilities. Hence, promoting and integrating the skills needed to provide safe, quality care with the values of person-centered approaches, recognizing the unique needs and preferences of each person we serve regardless of their diagnosis, physical needs or cognitive challenges.
We recognize the critical role that Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) play in the healthcare industry, particularly in the long-term care sector. As an organization deeply committed to providing high-quality care, we understand the importance of having well-trained and compassionate care professionals for all settings who can meet complex needs with professionalism and empathy.
The decision to start the Art of Care Academy stems from our dedication to elevating the caregiving profession and improving the standard of care for those in need of care services.
